I am so happy with the renovation Cindy and her team completed for our family! She does great work, on budget, at lightning speed!
We had a big project-we reconfigured our entire upstairs layout which involved moving plumbing, walls, electrical, and windows in our 1912 house. I've seen my share of HGTV renovations so I was sure we would encounter some bumps.
However, Cindy made sure the entire process was smooth and seamless, and did not waste a day! There were workers at our house seven days a week making our vision a reality in two months!
Cindy was also super communicative throughout the project and answered our questions through text/ emails immediately. She was always solutions oriented, and helped us through our design choices when my husband and I reached an impasse. Although I know she had many projects going on, we felt like we always had her undivided attention.

VIDA is a fantastic company and what every home remodeling company should aspire to be. We remodeled our kitchen last month from its 1940 origins, including removing a load bearing wall, new hardwood floor, new electrical and plumbing, and went with VIDA after Cindy got us a detailed, thorough estimate within a few days. Every trade craft working on the project was highly skilled and did a great job.

Cindy was organized, always super communicative, and when materials arrived late, flexible, and made everything go like clockwork. Even with surprises like asbestos and significant material delays the project was completed within the fairly short timeframe Cindy initially gave us. We appreciate the new kitchen so much, it looks amazing in every detail! We will definitely contact Cindy for future home remodeling work because she is the best!

We recently hired VIDA to complete a renovation of our 1972 home that we had just purchased. We actually found them via yelp, and were a little nervous hiring a company without any direct referrals. We had no reason to be! From the beginning, Cindy was communicative and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Our scope of work involved moving walls, and a complete gut of our kitchen, living areas and dining room. I have to admit that when Cindy estimated a 3 month turnaround (including inspections) we had our doubts. She proved us wrong - our project was complete and ready for us to move in two weeks early!

We were very impressed with all of the subcontractors and the work done. Our home was treated with care the entire time. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean our house was kept, even during demo! During each phase, Cindy guided these first time renovators through each decision, and came up with creative solutions when the unexpected came up. Any issues were quickly resolved, even when it was simply us changing our minds. The only cost increases we encountered were items that we decided to add. They say that in construction you can choose two - on budget, on time, or good quality. VIDA Designs & Construction LLC delivered all three! We highly recommend VIDA for your next project!
